- 2 2-lb Chuck Steaks
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, Crushed
- 1/2 Cup of Georgia South Marinade Sauce
- 12 ounces Georgia South Hot, Mild or Sweet Barbecue Sauce
Rub garlic into both sides of steaks. Marinate steaks at room temperature for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally. Place on broiler rack 4 inches from heat; broil for 6 min. on each side. Cut into diagonal slices. Yields: 4-6 Servings.
